Today is more difficult than I thought it would be to avoid the chocolate. The first part of the day was fine, but it got harder when I got home. Michal (the husband) was eating Halloween candy, and I could smell it! Then, we had an argument, and all I wanted was to eat some chocolate.
I am resisting. But, it is not easy.
Other than the chocolate issue, I had a semi-healthy day today. I definitely did not get enough exercise in though. I must devote a good amount of time to working out tomorrow.
I'm also going through a bit of depression. Part of it might be because I haven't been working out as much. I am tired a lot and feel very blah... It is a stressful time.
